Pinning a mod prints an incorrect statement #76

After using ./pax pin, pax says correctly, "Pin this mod..." But after doing so, it says, "Removing," instead of pinning.

Pin this mod to the current version? (y/n - default y):
[-] Removing Biomes O' Plenty..
[:] Writing to manifest...
