There is an argument that Marain-specific Bicep modules should not reside in our general module repository.
Since this repository will serve as the 'entrypoint' for Marain deployments locating the modules here will make them readily available.
We expect that all Marain services will share a set of common deployment requirements and maintenance of them will be simpler given a single implementation.
