Postgresql 10 support #107

There's an error in platypus app designer: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: column t1.tgconstrname does not exist Позиция: 113 at org.postgresql.core.v3.QueryExecutorImpl.receiveErrorResponse(QueryExecutorImpl.java:2157) at org.postgresql.core.v3.QueryExecutorImpl.processResults(QueryExecutorImpl.java:1886) at org.postgresql.core.v3.QueryExecutorImpl.execute(QueryExecutorImpl.java:255)

maybe there's some more issues

It was an issue with an old SDK version However there is a newer SDK that current netbeans version doesn't support. I'll install a newer one and try to install platypus modules. How do you think is it possible?

Clean install resolves everything
