Parent ticket: Feature: CSV File Handling with CSV Agent

Description:

Enable users to upload CSV files through the ConvoNerd interface and Implement a parser to read and interpret CSV files, accommodating various delimiters and encodings.

Tasks:

Add option for CSV on the input type dropdown list
Design the user interface for file uploading.
Implement backend logic to handle file uploads.
Validate uploaded files to ensure they are in the correct format (CSV).
Provide user feedback on successful or failed uploads.
follow same behavior for other upload options
Use pandas or a similar library to parse CSV files.
Handle different delimiters (comma, semicolon, tab, etc.).
Support various file encodings (UTF-8, ISO-8859-1, etc.).
Handle common parsing errors and edge cases.

Notes:

Ensure you use the same user interface as for other formats like PDF and text.

Acceptance Criteria:

Users can upload CSV files through the interface.
System validates and confirms successful uploads or provides error messages for failed uploads.
System can parse uploaded CSV files with different delimiters and encodings.
Appropriate error handling is in place for parsing issues.
