Parent ticket: Feature: CSV File Handling with CSV Agent

Description:

Implement functions to generate textual summaries of the CSV data, highlighting key insights and statistics supported by visual aids.

Tasks:

Create an button for users to request summaries.
Allow customization of summary parameters (e.g., specific columns or metrics).
Calculate key statistics.
- Design templates for summarizing key statistics.
- Implement functions to populate templates with calculated statistics.
Generate textual summaries based on these statistics.
Highlight significant data points and trends.

Notes:

Ensure you use the same user interface as for other formats like PDF and text.

Acceptance Criteria:

Users can generate summaries of the CSV data.
Summaries provide clear and relevant insights.
Users can customize the parameters for summary generation.
Summaries are supported by visual aids where appropriate.
