Support for Raven Ridge #11

Hello

Could you add support for Raven Ridge, please? Not much is usable in Radeon Profile on the Ryzen 2400G at the moment.

Could you please have another look at version 20190311 or later? I have an AMD Ryzen 2400G and an AMD Radeon 560 and both cards appear to offer roughly the same information.

I tried v. 20190603 and it shows me the same info except 0 Module info. Buttons are colored now, but it just reverts to Performance one second after I click on a different mode.
