Move Terminal to foreground even if it is already running #10

Right now the Terminal window moves to foreground only, if the Terminal is not already running.

If the Terminal is already running, it opens a new tab for the container - but it does not move to foreground. This behaviour can lead to confusion, because the Terminal button seems broken.
