File sizes on files? #1

Please put file sizes next to each file or an summary per section. This helps with planning storage requirements before downloading.

Good point, this can be obtained from AWS directly so I'd rather not duplicate the info here (the MD5s can't easily be obtained for large files which is why they are listed). I've added information to the README showing how to get file sizes.
