Hello, you can use this .fai file: https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/human-pangenomics/T2T/CHM13/assemblies/chm13v2.0.fa.fai
The associated fasta file is https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/human-pangenomics/T2T/CHM13/assemblies/chm13v2.0.fa, which has the UCSC style names for each chromosomes.
Thanks! That works. I created one on my own by just taking the first two columns.
Is there a publicly available file that tells the lengths of the chromosomes? I've not seen one listed on UCSC's site (https://t2t.gi.ucsc.edu/chm13/hub/t2t-chm13-v2.0/) nor on the list of resources on this repository.
