This can probably be fixed with -k
. For some reason, some strains in the taxonomy are marked as 'no rank' rather than 'strain'.
Thanks! That solves it. It's a little weird though. I have to put the -k option first in ktImportTaxonomy. If I put it last, it won't work.

Hi, I have some viruses mapped to strain level. While krona successfully grouped the taxID and displayed up to species level, I'm hoping to see the charts displayed in more detail. Can this be implemented? Thanks
