ERROR: input list of k-mers and winnowmap parameter k are inconsistent #46

Hi , I followed the guide strictly, but I get this error, I don't know what's causing it? Thank you!

您好，我也出现了同样的问题，请在软件使用时加上-k参数，指定您的k值即可解决该问题。

我加了-k 参数还是有同样的问题，管道samtools命令似乎也报错samtools sort: failed to read header from "-”，搞不明白了，最近用minimap2也是老是报错，"core dumped"，谢谢您！

你好core的报错一般是内存溢出的问题

您好，我也出现了同样的问题，请在软件使用时加上-k参数，指定您的k值即可解决该问题。

我加了-k 参数还是有同样的问题，管道samtools命令似乎也报错samtools sort: failed to read header from "-”，搞不明白了，最近用minimap2也是老是报错，"core dumped"，谢谢您！
