Question about Gingr #16

gingrblocks I met a problem when using gingr on cluster. The name of genome can not be shown in the phylo tree. They are all black blocks. I would like to know how the problem can be solved. Thanks!

I have the same problem when I use Xming on a windows machine to view gingr results from a linux cluster. Could this be caused by a font issue?

And does anyone know what font Harvest uses that might need to be installed?

Try installing Xming-fonts. There are some guides online. This worked for me.

Had a similar problem with a Docker container running harvest. Resolved with apt-get install xfonts-100dpi xfonts-75dpi xfonts-scalable xfonts-cyrillic
