New programs into metAmos Path #188

Hi,

When I completed installing metAmos, several dependencies like Celera Assembler, MetaGeneMark, Graphviz etc were not intalled in the computer. Is there a way to put the paths after I install these programs now to the metAmos path so that metAmos recognizes these programs in the computer.

Hi,

If you add the missing tools to your PATH before you launch metAMOS, it should find them and use the ones found in your path.
