Hi-C plus Trio on same run #193

while hi-c jumping is not included we should not allow to use both hi-c and trio in the same run.

Hello, does it mean that if I provide hi-c and trio in the same run, it will be the same as just using trio?

Yes, while both are only used for phasing information so adding Hi-C wouldn't improve on the trio run so you should only use trio or Hi-C not both.
