Marble Crash or Stuck on Camera #18

Version: 1.28 (Current App-Stpre Build) Multiple Testers experienced crashes on the Camera, we have to get more details about the device/... of the user.

"Sometimes the marble got stuck with camera."

What exactly happens and when? I haven't seen this on any of my devices. And yes, we need more device details (and a better description).

Problem is: That's basically all we got now. Testers haven't told us more than there are testers. Can ask about more details in the individual calls coming up, but i allready wanted to mention it.

Do you have a section in the questionnaire that asks about the devices? I would also recommend to add a note that the reports should be as precise as possible. It's hard to guess what's happening if all I got is just a half sentence :-)

Another comparable crash appeared, Device was the Redmi note 7s (App Version 1.28). Multiple Crashes related to photos

"I was trying to upload pictures in my moments but your application crash everytime. That's the reason I uploaded text message."

When exactly did the app crash? Did the Marble editor show up before it happened? Did they already see the photo in the editor? Or did it crash immediately when they hit the photo button?

The user says it was related to uploading photos. Could it also be that he/she uploaded them from the gallery?

For future surveys: we need to know the exact steps the users did before a problem occurred, to be able to reproduce them. Otherwise it's really hard to guess what happened.
