Loading takes a long time #22

Iphone 8 - User tried using Marbles features after first opening it and every command took several minutes to register. Tried to close and restart the app several times with no success.

What do you mean by "every command took several minutes"? You press a button and nothing happens? Were the buttons already visible? I am a bit confused as the title says "Loading takes a long time", while the description reads as "the buttons are unresponsive", if I understand it correctly. We have an iPhone X, an iPhone 12 Pro and a pretty old iPad 3 here, all behave normal. No iPhone 8, though.
