Windows 10 - Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) graphical icons disappear #2

In Windows 10 using the Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) browser, the graphical icons disappear from websites. The icons initially are present and then dissappear when pages are refreshed or new pages are opened. Example: The intranet page, the drop down arrows, search and social media icons disappear.

Problem is due to font errors CSS3111 and CSS3114.
