Here are some of my internal documentation that fit's. :notebook_with_decorative_cover:

Need to filter out the other sound sources like noise to get a good sample for searching.
Need to be able to find the song given a short clip of any position from the song.
Use the libwav (own) library.
Use mono audio since it reduces the needed amount of memory.
Build and use an database for storing all the data.
