Google Apps site only runs as gmail #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to any Google Apps domain
2. Under preferences, change settings for Google Apps instead of GMail
3. Note the error message, yet the domain is a Google Apps domain.

What is the expected output? 

Would like to get additional menu options for Google Apps under Google 
Applications, like Manage Domain

What do you see instead? 
I have all the Gmail choices. This may be tied to the fact that Google merged 
Gmail and Google Apps account authentication.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mac - I just downloaded it - no help/about
