Chat within email #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use google app from any mail such as mail.[your-company-url].com
2. Sign in to chat
3. Initiate a chat with one of my online contact

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- a chat box is supposed to appear but it did not

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.
