registerSetting() -> registerSettings() #10

registerSetting() is now deprecated, so for me this plugin would not show up in the settings (or work for that matter) without changing this. I also got an error message in the console about registerSetting() being deprecated.

The commit includes an update of the API files taken from the templates repository.
