Not working with latest Joplin #11

I have installed plantUML2 from Plugin options and installed successfully.

But its not working in notes and I don't see any tools menu too.

Joplin Version details:

Joplin 2.9.4 (prod, win32)

Client ID: cc0c5d3a874e401383d840fe213e4a0b Sync Version: 3 Profile Version: 41 Keychain Supported: Yes

Revision: 9698284
