[Feature] Jira issue notes enhancements #107

Hi, Please consider this enhancement for Jira issue.

Have the ability to chose where to place my Jira issues note. That could be an option in Jira issue plugin to chose a folder for this case instead of default root path if not found. No features with this available were seen in the documentation

Additional context Here is the Notes feature in table I am talking about.

This would also be very useful, even just allowing it to use the already configured attachments folder. Help clean up file lists when lots of notes are being made.
