adding support for subdomains

Adding a new key for configs called "cf-sub" that uses a subdomain so you can now do {prefix}{host}{postfix}[.{sub}].{domain}.

• updated cloudflare.py add/delete records to support the new string
• updated app.py to understand the sub domains
• updated README
