Where can we download wav sample files, "heslingtonIR.wav" and "jupiterSample.wav"?

how can I get a right audio file named "exampleIR.wav" to generate a howling audio file with 'exampleStimulus.wav'. I tried to make a RIR by fastISM library but it failed to synthesize a sound of howling .
