Please use system libwhereami, if available #43

libwhereami was recently packaged for Debian [1] and will be available in Ubuntu from 20.10.

Is is possible to do some magic in configure.ac and link with -lwhereami, if available, instead of compiling the embedded whereami.c?

Okay I see, the library is libwhereami0; makes sense to use it. Will do it in one of the next versions.
