Keyboard shortcuts for commonly performed actions #110

To reduce the amount of menu clicking it would be good to have keyboard
shortcuts defined for some of the commonly used tasks:

e.g.

[DEL] Delete selected text
[CTRL-S] Save session

"M" for create markup (activated only when some text is selected)

Fixed in r318

Only set up one shortcut: Ctrl-m (to do a markup)

Using Ctrl instead of Alt, because only the right-alt is recognised by Flex and 
I
think this is a bit unusual to be suitable for a user.

The shortcuts can be configured (to some extent) in the MainPanel class. Any 
keyboard
shortcut can map to any of the menu options.
