Change ID structures #118

After discussion - new event/session/media ids proposed. (Previous id
conventions deemed too confusing, since the grouping element (e.g. n1)
means different things, depending on whether it is used in an event/session
or a media context).

New id convention:

Event: d12 (variable width) (12th samyama event entered in the system)
Session: d12-16 (16th session)

Media: d-20091229-v1-193105 (event-type shoot-date device-id shoot-time)

(So event/session ids have no relation to media ids except for the
event-type prefix).

Final change to media id:

We will put the device-id at the end, rather than in between the date and time

e.g. d-20091229-193105-v1
