Screen reload (after concept manager) loses user's position in document #119

After exiting the concept manager, the user's current position is lost -
(position reverts to the start of the doc)

This could possibly be fixed by making the "Reload" less aggressive by simply
substituting the session XML and redrawing...

Would it be possible to fix this? Meenakshi's working on the app 7 hrs a day - 
and
she'll be doing it for the next 6 months. Especially as we're at the beginning 
- so
she's regularly going back and forth to the concept manager - this gets really
irritating...

Sorry, this is a bit risky because it could introduce more bugs.

The concept manager is for defining relationships between concepts so it really
shouldnt be done so often. I would expect it to be done more in batch...
