Remember displayed window settings on login #121

The app should remember what the last used window layout settings were for
each user.

e.g. normally I prefer to have the text editing pane hidden by default - so
each time I login I have to manually hide it.

I think this stuff could be stored in the database. We could have some kind of
users.xml in the top level collection.
