Some hardcoded values in word XSLT #125

Just looking through session-wordml.xsl, I can see lots of places where
values are hardcoded. In particular, transcribedBy, proofedBy etc.

Also, language is hardcoded as english and the source is always an audio
source.

Also the Audio Clarity is always "G"
