XQuery: Link from concepts to categories via additional concepts also #147

When the user browses the list of concepts in the XQuery app, currently, by
clicking a concept he gets to view all the categories which have that
concept as part of their definition.

Modify the functionality so that, in addition, all categories are displayed
which have ever been used together with that concept (as an additional
concept) - in a separate secondary listing. They should be displayed
together with the additional concept in square brackets. And clicking on
the category link, only returns those instances of the category where it is
used in conjunction with the additional concept

e.g. if the concept is "mysticism" then it would return something like:

Moon and Mysticism [moon, mysticism]
What is a Mystic? [mysticism]
...
...
Mechanics of human life [life human yoga] +[mysticism]
Shiva as a yogi [yoga shiva] +[mysticism]
...
...
