XQuery: Return search results in order of relevancy

Currently the search results are returned in alphabetical order.

Modify the query so that the results are returned in order of relevancy
(defined by a suitable metric).

e.g. If we search for the concept "mysticism" then instances from
categories which are defined with the single concept of "mysticism" are
returned before instances from categories which are defined with two
concepts (one of which is "mysticism")

also instances coming from categories which are linked only by an
additional concept should be returned after those linked by a defining concept.

starred items should be returned before all others, regardless of whether
the concept is a defining one or an additional one.
