Unable to create new session

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use the transcript import manager to create an event and session

Observe that you are not able to create a session. The application hangs.

This was working before (i.e. 4-5 days ago)- the only changes since then
have been to the XQuery app files, and the bug fix for the orphaned
summary/notes elements after removing an outline...

I thought maybe I've unwittingly done something with the permissions - but
it creates and saves the event ok...

Try rolling back the xquery app files.

This is due to a syntax error in the utils.xqm file (somewhere around line 255) 
-
using "/" for division operator - when we needed to put div or idiv.
