Selecting inline markup in text pane doesn't select corresponding element in tree #156

If I want to remove a quote markup - typically, what I would expect to be
able to do is to select the text of the quote and then remove the markup.
However, after selecting the text of the quote, the tree still has the
previously selected outline marked active - so that when I think I am
removing the quote markup it removes the outline instead.
