XQuery: Change search results screen to show unique results - and bypass categories screen #159

Currently, on the concept listing screen, when the user clicks on a
concept, he is taken to a screen which lists all the categories for that
concept. However - this list does not take related concepts into account
(synonyms, subtypes).

A better way would be to take the user directly to the main search results
screen (where user gets to see results for related concepts too). Here, the
categories would be listed uniquely - and next to each category we would
display a number indicating how many occurrences of that category exist.
Clicking on the number would let the user view all these.

This means that the main search results wouldn't get clogged up with large
numbers of repeated categories (e.g. jokes, stories, common topics).

The occurrence with the largest word count, and which has a summary defined
would be the one displayed on the first screen.

This means that we would no longer have a 'categories' screen.
