Flex: Set default type to "ALL" in all situations #166

Regardless of what type the user has selected when he accesses the category
selector - the default filter should be set to "ALL". 

(This is because the marking-up person generally prefers to enter a
substring into the textbox in order to filter the results - and this will
only pick up everything if "all" is selected).
