preview transcripts during import #175

user should be able to preview the transcript text while he is performing
the import operation.

This is specifically for the cases where multiple transcripts are being
appended together. In many cases the user does not know where the session
boundaries lie. By being able to preview the transcript content he could
easily see which transcripts are continuations of a previous session.

Note that (on Windows) he could just open the transcripts up in MSWord to
see this - but I am using Linux - and OpenOffice doesn't support docx files
yet!
