"Edit" link from HTML app to markup within Flex app #182

For each markup result displayed in the xquery app there should be an
"edit" link (maybe next to the markup id), which, when clicked on, opens up
the Flex app at the corresponding transcript/markup.

(This would effectively be a shortcut way of copying the markup id and
pasting it into the "open by id" box in the flex app).

These links should not be displayed if the user is not in the "markup" group.
