Should work for multiple streams and do some conflict-checking/resolutaion.

This is more work than originally anticipated. So changed difficulty.

Currently looking at Using the Adobe Media Server - the free edition allows for 
10
concurrent video streams which should be enough for us initially...

Simplifying this issue - now, just need to display timecodes in editable text 
fields
in the Selected Text pane. Also need a combo box for device...
