In category manager "Add" button label should be changed to "Create" #81

"Add" is misleading since it implies that the category will be added to the
selected text. The user typically gets confused when this is not the case.
"Create" would be a better term.

Fixed in r238. Renamed to "New..." rather than "Create..."
