Modify Import Wizard so that user can see transcript preview throughout #93

When importing a transcript, the user should be able to view the transcript
preview while choosing/creating the event and session, so he can check that
the metadata has been correctly parsed, and so that he can see what to
enter as event and session subtitles (if applicable)
