Display event and session details in the title bar #96

The event/session details should be visible at all times - maybe in the
title bar...

I'm not sure if its possible to have a dynamic title bar.

Maybe we could make a tab for the whole screen (like tabs in a browser where 
each tab
is a session). We can just allow one session open at a time, for now...

Thoughts?

Fixed in r323.

A little bit more work than originally thought because the event props are 
normally
not available. Consider when opening a session by id - there would normally be 
no
need to fetch the event details. But now we do...
