Green metadata text at the bottom of each search result (in XQuery App) should be clearer #97

Currently, the green metadata text at the bottom of each result returned by
the XQuery app is not very clear. There is a media id, and a session id
next to each other.

Maybe - we should prefix all ids with some text explaining what it is:

e.g.  

markup-id: 20080429-p1-1-2000#o1
media-id: 20080429-P1-A1-000065
session-id: 20080429-p1-1-2000

(also - media id should be in lower case)

I think we don't need the media ids there. Before they used to be memorable, 
but not
anymore...

Fixed in r262.

Just removed media ids from footer.
