Created PDF is not structured #524

The PDF that I create in the TOC does not link to the required titles, and there is no structure of the document. When you open it in Foxit or Acrobat, usually on the left there is a tree of your documents based on titles. But not with this created PDFs

i think this counts as a feature-request. i would love to see toc support added :-)
