Umzug now has a CLI built-in. So this makes this library basically obsolete. To ease the migration, I've updated it.

💥 Upgrade to umzug v3. Please upgrade to the new options: https://github.com/sequelize/umzug#handling-existing-v2-format-migrations
💥 Drop support for the execute command. Umzug also dropped support for it.
