Some outstanding issues:

Still dominated by airline.
Foreign words.
Number of topics.
Use @, \, and _ differently?
Common words/tf-idf?
Timestamp? Other information?

May need to move to a supervised topic model to identify topics that are about service failures. Consider coupling this with tagging for sentiment as well.
