Classify Complaint Types

While we finalize work on classifying complaints, we need to work on classifying complaint types. A few things to note initially:

• @AdrielC has done some clustering on word embeddings, now we need to do it just for complaints.
• Let's build out a small test data set to verify the number of complaint types.
• Once we have a good sense of the number of complaint types, we can decide how to best go about building out a complete training data set.
• Then we repeat the process of trying different techniques and determining which one is best for classifying complaint types.
