Finish layout "document" #3

  1. Default styles for paragraphs, tables, lists, ...
  2. The dotted line inside the TOC (toc.xslt) does not work for all levels (4 levels) image
  3. Document info page (after cover, before TOC) with static document properties (Filename, Version, Authors, Version notes, ...)

Partially merged to develop. TOC not fixed yet.
