Thanks for the great work! When do you plan to release rna3db-mmcifs.tar.gz?

Thank you for showing interest in RNA3DB.

We are currently in the process of preparing the release. I expect it should be available within the next few weeks at the latest.

In the meantime, it is possible to use the JSON release and download/parse the mmCIF files yourself with Biopython, for example.

I'll update this issue as soon as the mmCIF release is available.

We have added rna3db-mmcifs.tar.xz to releases.

This file contains hierarchical folders of the training/testing sets with single-chain mmCIF files. Note that rna3db-mmcifs.tar.xz was compressed using LMZA. Most installations of GNU tar can usually uncompress these files without an issue. If not, you may need to install XZ utils.
